So you want the perfect hands

Many people use night creams, day creams, sunscreens, and exfoliating scrubs to keep their faces looking dewy-fresh, but overlook the biggest age indicator of all – hands.  Here are some ways you can keep them looking young and wow:
Your hands need sunscreen too!
Sun damage is the biggest culprit for aging hands. The best way to help keep your hands from aging is to keep them out of the sun and to use sunscreen.
Brighten ‘em up
To fade any dark spots you may have, using a moisturizing anti-aging hand cream with brightening ingredients such as Lactic Acid, Pro Vitamin B5 & Bearberry

Exfoliate them regularly
Use your Hydro Thermal Peel to keep your hands clean, moisturized, and exfoliated once a week.
Use good hand creams
Most people make the mistake of using a normal moisturizer for the hands too. What they don’t know is that they require hand creams which are specially formulated for the thicker skin on the hands. Have you tried any of the Medi-Hand creams?
Use gloves while driving
If you’re one of those women who drive a lot, wear gloves to protect your hands.
Try cuticle oil
To get stronger nails, apply cuticle oil every day, even over a manicure because healthy nails start with healthy cuticles.
Give your nails a break from polish
Regular use of nail polish can affect your nails. Give your nails a break from polish to let it recover.
Treat your hands with love
Always wear gloves when doing the dishes and avoid harsh soap and hot water.
